Coteau - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Monday, December 12, 2011 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Coteau for Marion Louviere, 60, who died Friday, December 9, 2011 in New Iberia. ;Interment will follow in the church cemetery. ;Rev. Ed Degeyter will be the Celebrant. Rachael Toups and Cindy Blanchard will proclaim the readings. Gift Bearers include Andrea Gary, Alyshia Gary, and Victoria Comeaux. ;A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 11:30 AM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, 337.365.3331. A rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM Sunday. Visitation will continue Monday from 7:00 AM until 9:15 AM. ;Born on April 11, 1951 in Loreauville, Ms. Louviere was the daughter of Suberville Louviere and Ella Mae Rebert Louviere. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, working puzzles, knitting, and talking on the telephone. ;She is survived by her sons, Chad Gary of Coteau, Travis Gary and wife Rachael of Coteau; daughters, Gail Comeaux and husband Chad of Coteau, Annette Gary and companion Michelle Vincent of Abbeville; brothers, Kernis Louviere and wife Joan of St. Martinville, Troy Louviere and wife Angela of Coteau, Thomas Louviere and wife Lisa of Kingman, Arizona; sisters, Gladys Louviere of Coteau, Lucy Romero of Coteau, Faye Louviere and companion Tammy Graham of Baton Rouge; sister-in-law, Margaret Louviere of New Iberia; grandchildren, Cody Landry, Andrea Gary, Alyshia Gary, Victoria Comeaux, and Tristian Gary. ;In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Louviere. ;Pallbearers will be Chad Gary, Travis Gary, Chad Comeaux, Troy Louviere, Kernis Louviere, and Kip Louviere. ;Honorary pallbearers include Cody Landry and Tristian Gary. ;Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, 337.365.3331, is in charge of arrangements. ;
